Product Variations
Each Floréalo arrangement is uniquely handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers.
Because flowers are natural products, variations in bloom size, shade, and texture are normal.
While we maintain the overall aesthetic and color palette of the selected design, arrangements may not look exactly identical to reference photos.
Seasonal substitutions may be made with blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the style and intention of the arrangement.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if preparation has not yet begun.
Once flowers have been sourced, designed, or prepared, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

Damages or Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet quality standards, contact us within 4 hours of deliverywith clear photos.
If the issue is determined to be an error on our end, we may offer:
