Delivery Scheduling

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise confirmed.

  • Customers may select a preferred delivery date.

  • Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless previously arranged.

We do our best to accommodate time requests, but deliveries are completed within designated delivery windows.

Same-day delivery may be available depending on flower inventory and schedule capacity. Availability is not guaranteed.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to payment.

Recipient Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide:

  • Accurate delivery address

  • Correct recipient phone number

  • Any necessary access codes or instructions

Floréalo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The arrangement may be left in a safe location when appropriate.

  • A re-delivery fee may apply if a second attempt is required.

Heat & Perishable Products

Flowers are perishable and sensitive to heat.

Once delivered, Floréalo is not responsible for product condition due to:

  • Extended outdoor exposure

  • Delayed retrieval

  • Improper care

We recommend arrangements be brought indoors immediately upon delivery.

Pickup Orders

If selecting pickup, customers will receive confirmation once the arrangement is ready.

Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may affect flower condition, and Floréalo is not responsible for deterioration due to delayed pickup.
